On October 4th, we celebrate a very special event: Changing Lives Day, a global initiative by City Sightseeing Cares that shows how every journey can make a difference. 

On this day, for every passenger who boards our sightseeing buses anywhere in the world, we will donate €1 / £1 / $1 to help build the first medical center in Cacuaco, Angola. 

Cacuaco is a community with very limited access to medical services. Building this center will be a huge step forward in improving health and quality of life for thousands of people—especially children and families who need essential and specialized care. 

The beauty of this initiative is that you don’t need to do anything extra. Simply by riding one of our buses, you’re already contributing to a cause that saves lives. 

Travel opens our eyes to the world, but it also gives us the opportunity to change realities. Every seat taken on October 4th becomes hope, smiles, and a better future for the people of Cacuaco.
